To provide emotional support and guidance for noncustodial parents and empower them with the ideas and tools that will enable them to proceed on their noncustodial journey successfully.
Our Terms of Service
The Moms Without Custody Forums are intended to enable members to benefit from the experience of other members who have faced similar situations and issues. The Administrative Staff of Moms Without Custody have NOT reviewed the postings on the Forum and do NOT vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any posting, or the status, legitimacy or bona fides of any person (even one purporting to be an attorney or moderator) making a post. You understand and agree that information on Moms Without Custody should not be relied upon and is not a substitute for advice from an attorney or anything other professional, including but not limited to doctors, counselors, clergymen, etc. Although Moms Without Custody attempts to delete objectionable messages from the Forum, it operates in real time and does not pre-screen the postings of members. All messages express the views of the author, and not Moms Without Custody. Moms Without Custody will NOT be held responsible for any content, any posting or any message. You agree that all material you post becomes the property of Moms Without Custody, and Moms Without Custody has the right to remove, edit, move or close any posting or thread at any time for any reason, at its discretion. You agree NOT to post any other person’s or firm’s copyrighted material without proper citation or permission. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moms Without Custody, including, administrators and moderators with respect to any claims and demands against them, including any attorney fees and expenses, based upon your submission of material to the Forum. You agree that you will NOT use the Moms Without Custody Forum to post any knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, or threatening message and/or user name, chain letter, or to post material that is illegally invasive of another person's privacy. You agree to NOT make any postings for the purpose of advertising or soliciting without the prior WRITTEN consent of a member of the administrative staff of Moms Without Custody. In addition, you agree that if you make any posting that violates one or more of the foregoing terms and conditions, you will be charged and will pay to Moms Without Custody, and/or, at its option, a charity designated by it, Two Hundred and Fifty ($250.00) Dollars for each such posting, plus, if collection is necessary, reasonable attorneys fees. You consent to personal jurisdiction in the courts of Woodford County, Illinois with respect to any posting you make, and further agree to accept service of legal process and other legal papers by email or electronic transmission sent to you at the/an email address you used to register on the Moms Without Custody. You further agree that stalking a member of Moms Without Custody and/or posting knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, or threatening messages, or to posting material that is illegally invasive of another person's privacy is prohibited. In registering as a member of Moms Without Custody you consent to personal jurisdiction in the courts of the county of residence of the target person of the stalking behavior with respect to any posting you make, and further agree to accept service of legal process and other legal papers by email or electronic transmission sent to you at the/an email address you used to register on the Moms Without Custody. You further understand that Moms Without Custody, through IP tracking, archival of posts or through any other measures possible will cooperate with law enforcement and the victims of stalking and harassing behavior to ensure the fullest penalties provided by law. You agree that as a forum registrant Moms Without Custody may send you email newsletters subject to your right to “opt out” from future newsletters. Moms Without Custody may change these terms and conditions on a prospective basis by posting the new terms on the Moms Without Custody website.
